It wasn’t Supposed to Be Like This…

I hear that from people all the time. Life just isn’t turning out the way they hoped or planned, and they have no idea what happened to the person they used to be. Their dreams, positive energy, and light-heartedness have fallen into the shadow of stress and routine, like being on an endless treadmill.

Have you been wondering how you got so far away from your true self? Most things in your life are pretty good, actually - except for that one thing that keeps tripping you up. You actually used to be a fun person, ready for anything - then something changed.

Perhaps you’ve been in a relationship you know just isn’t good for you. It doesn’t have to be a romance - it can be a friendship, a colleague, a family member - even a therapist. Maybe you’ve endured the most horrific betrayal and have no idea how you’ll ever believe in anything again.

Poisonous relationships are the number one cause of stress and pain in our lives, and often, it feels like you can’t even put your finger on the problem. You just know something’s very, very wrong, and no matter what you do or how hard you try, you just can’t seem to make it right.

You’re not alone. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve helped a lot of people understand what’s happening and make wiser, more effective choices. I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you, so that you can begin your own journey out of the poison and into your passions, to loving life again, perhaps even for the first time.

Here’s a hint: It isn’t all about zen and meditating and turning the other cheek. Would you be surprised if I told you your anger is the key to your healing?

It’s important to stand your ground – now more than ever – and to use ALL of your emotions and inner cues, even the ones you may avoid, to set boundaries for yourself and others, without any guilt or apologies. This is, in my opinion, the biggest key to healing, wellbeing, and true prosperity.

Let’s get going - there is too much fun to be had out there! No more wasting your time with people who will never appreciate you. There is no better time to start than right now, and no more powerful place to start than within your own heart and mind. I’ve also created music designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your spirit as you move into your new way of being.

Your Intuition is your most powerful ally. Learn to trust it.

I focus on helping people overcome difficult life changes, betrayal, and loss, especially as a result of relationships with people who have character disorders, such as narcissists and even sociopaths. It’s more common than you might think! They aren’t called wolves in sheep’s clothing for nothing, you know.
I have broad experience treating depression and anxiety, especially with high-level executives and entrepreneurs, and I also provide holistic education and drug-free options for reducing stress and increasing overall vitality.

I have over 20 years of experience in business, holistic health, and academics, and I’ve been regularly practicing meditation, yoga, metaphysics, and spiritual inquiry for over 25 years. I’m on a mission to helping you heal your heart and mind so you can reconnect to greater joy, love, peace, and abundance in your life, both personally and professionally.
